The Letterpress Match-box for the fifth anniversary of cafe ‘amijok’ was introduced on a international bi-monthly magazine “BranD” Vol.34 (the sub title is “Kawaii Party”) as an example of “Kawaii” designs. The magazine is by a publishing company SendPoints in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Their publications cover the fields of graphic design, interior design, architecture, product design, fashion, culture and art, real estate, landscape design, and more. Especially, BranD has been well-received globally since its launching in 2012. I would appreciate if more and more foreign tourists visit the cafe through the logo.

 

2016年5月にデザインさせていただいた長野県松本市・カフェ「amijok」の5周年記念グッズ「活版マッチ」が、今や世界的言語となった“Kawaii”デザインのひとつとして、デザインマガジンBranDの第34号「Kawaii Party」特集に、掲載されました。マガジンを発行しているのは、北京・上海・広州に拠点を置くデザイン書出版社「SendPoints」。グラフィックデザインから、インテリア、建築、プロダクト、ファッション、文化芸術、不動産、ランドスケープまで、多様なフィールドを網羅した書籍を出版しています。特にこのBranDは、2012年の発売以来、世界中で愛読されている雑誌。世界中から日本を観光する人々が増える昨今、デザインを通して、より多くの方が松本の小さなカフェに足を運んでくだされば、嬉しいです。
