OKINADO is a japanese-style western restaurant in Matsumoto-city Japan and a long-standing one established in 1933. In 2013 when they celebrated the 80th anniversary, they started selling their some daily dishes as takeaway—cutlets, sandwiches and pickles. This is a takeaway box for cutlets and sandwiches. The design is very simple. The restaurant has been keeping authentic flavour of the japanese-style western foods for over eighty years, without affecting by trends. So, they don’t need flatter the times. the design of their products should be plain, simple, honest and gentle.

おきな堂は松本市にある1933年創業の老舗洋食屋。80周年を迎えた2013年、おきな堂はカツレツやサンドウィッチ、ピクルスなどの総菜のテイクアウトを始めた。このパッケージは、カツレツ・サンドウィッチのためのテイクアウト用容器。デザインはとてもシンプル。創業以来80年、洋食本来の味を守り続けている老舗洋食屋にとって、時代にこびるようなデザインは不要だ。デザインは簡素でシンプル、堂々として、かつ素直なものにした。
